The Directors with their experience in the past few years in the African continent envisage that the opportunities in the emerging countries of West Africa present an enormous potential of import substitution and investing in these countries is possible only by way of the creation of subsidiaries and joint ventures with experienced companies working in the African continent.

Mr. Mittal, the Managing Director of Greenply Industries Limited (GIL), is popularly known as the plywood manufacturing baron of India. With a leadership foresight and strategic management, Rajesh Mittal has carved out an unprecedented growth path for Greenply. He has invested in Kengwood to expand his horizon into the African Continent by way of tie ups and Joint ventures.

MR. Sanidhya Mittal

Sanidhya Mittal’s journey started with Plywood Industry in the year 2012, when he decided to dedicate his time and energy to the enterprise at the very grassroots. His vision focused on making Greenply a brand leader in its category, and one of the best places to work. With this success under his belt, he has taken the initiative to expand in other countries, with primary focus on Africa.

Karuna Mittal is a Commerce Graduate and hails from a Business Family and is active in supporting the Greenply Group in their CSR activities and is active in other Charitable organisations.
